Which games and calculators does LootCalc support?

Calculator
We support 12+ tools including Old School RuneScape (Barrows), World of Warcraft (Delves), Diablo IV (Helltide), Path of Exile (Currency), Warframe (Relic Drops), Lost Ark (Honing), Destiny 2 (Raid Exotics), Minecraft (Loot Tables), Borderlands 3 (Drop Scenarios), Escape from Tarkov (Raid Scenarios), and Elden Ring (Effective-Rate Scenarios). Visit our Games page to explore all calculators.

Do I need to create an account to use LootCalc?

Calculator
No account is required for the currently published calculators. Where a calculator displays Copy Link, you can bookmark the resulting URL after verifying that it restores the intended inputs.

Does LootCalc work on mobile devices?

Technical
LootCalc uses responsive browser layouts and requires no app download. If a control overflows, loses its label, or cannot be used with touch or keyboard on your device, report the route, browser, viewport, and reproduction steps.

Is LootCalc free to use?

Community
The currently published calculators are free to use in the browser and do not require an account. The site may display advertising when ad serving is enabled.

Can I save my calculator configurations?

Calculator
Where a calculator displays Copy Link, it stores the supported scenario fields in the URL. Open that URL in a new tab to verify hydration before treating it as a saved configuration; browser-only state outside the URL is not preserved.

Using LootCalc Calculators

Understand how EV, GPH, sharing, and probability calculations work so you can configure calculators for your own runs and compare strategies.

Why doesn't the green EV number change when I increase runs?

Calculator
On a tool that labels a result as EV per attempt, changing only the planned attempt count does not change that per-attempt expectation. Total expected value scales with attempts. An hourly rate changes only when the complete time or cost boundary changes, not merely because the batch contains more identical attempts.

What's the difference between EV and GPH?

Calculator
Gross EV is a probability-weighted average value per attempt. Net EV subtracts expected direct costs under the same value unit. An hourly rate then normalizes net EV—or an observed batch net—by a complete time boundary. It does not make an incomplete reward table or stale price reliable.

How do I share my calculator setup?

Calculator
Calculators that display Copy Link encode their supported inputs in the URL. Review the copied URL in a new tab before relying on it; not every informational page or retired tool has shareable state.

How do I read probability curves and variance in the results?

Calculator
On calculators that show a fixed-trial curve, it represents cumulative probability under the displayed rate and independence assumptions. Variance describes dispersion around an expectation; it is not a prediction of one session. See our Methodology page and Glossary for detailed explanations.

What is a pity system and does LootCalc calculate it?

Calculator
Pity and bad-luck-protection systems differ by game, banner, item, and patch. LootCalc models a published rule only when a source establishes it; otherwise the boundary remains a clearly labeled user input. See the tools for Genshin Impact, Lost Ark, and Destiny 2 for examples of sourced mechanics and input-driven scenarios.

Can I compare different farming routes or strategies?

Calculator
You can compare scenarios only when they use the same target, value unit, version, and complete timer boundary. Open separate tabs or use Copy Link where available, then compare the displayed inputs before comparing outputs.

Why do my results differ from other calculators?

Technical
Compare the target definition, eligibility rules, version, probability model, prices, time boundary, and rounding. Two tools can produce different answers because one of those contracts differs; the result is not comparable until the inputs and exclusions match.

Game-Specific Features

Check what each retained tool sources, what it asks you to enter, and which mechanics it deliberately does not infer.

How do Reward Potential and Morytania Diary affect OSRS Barrows?

Calculator
Reward Potential affects non-equipment reward type and quantity, while brother count controls equipment odds. Completing the Hard Morytania Diary grants 50% more runes from the chest. Our Barrows calculator keeps the equipment formula, rune-only diary multiplier, and user-entered non-unique value separate.

Is there an 'OSRS delve calc' or 'delve boss loot osrs calc'?

Calculator
"Delves" is a WoW feature, not OSRS. For OSRS loot calculations, use the Barrows loot calculator. If you're looking for OSRS boss calculators, we currently focus on Barrows chests.

What's the 'Doom of Mokhaiotl loot calculator'?

Calculator
It refers to a boss within WoW Delves. Use the Delves calculator page to build a current weekly progress plan. It does not include boss-specific loot rates or reward predictions.

How does the Genshin Wish guarantee planner work?

Calculator
Our Genshin guarantee planner uses the current counter, hard ceiling, maximum target-tier results still needed, owned wish items, Primogems, and editable exchange cost that you enter from the applicable Details screen. It calculates a deterministic worst-case ceiling and resource shortfall; it does not preload a soft-pity curve or predict cumulative probability.

What is artisan energy in Lost Ark and how does the calculator use it?

Calculator
The current Lost Ark calculator does not infer Artisan's Energy from a universal gain constant. Enter the visible success chance and, only when your current in-game panel or source establishes one, an optional guarantee attempt. Costs also come from your inputs.

Can the Destiny 2 calculator model bad luck protection?

Calculator
Yes, but only as a scenario you define. Our Destiny 2 calculator contains no weapon-specific probability presets. Enter a base rate, eligible attempts, and an optional increase only when you want to test those assumptions. Bungie has documented protection for Eyes of Tomorrow, but its public explanation does not provide a reusable percentage curve for every raid Exotic.

How does the Elden Ring calculator use my Discovery setup?

Calculator
Record the displayed stat, equipment, consumables, regulation, and other conditions as provenance. Our Elden Ring calculator does not convert those labels into a probability. Enter an effective per-check chance only when it is tied to the exact source and setup, then compare cumulative probability and complete route time.

Where do the Escape from Tarkov scenario rates come from?

Data
Our EFT calculator does not preload map, target, container, boss, or item rates. You enter a probability tied to your own public source, observation log, or clearly labeled what-if assumption; the tool then shows only the math that follows from it.

How does squad play affect Warframe relic rewards?

Calculator
Digital Extremes says squad play lets you choose from squadmates' revealed rewards. Our Warframe calculator asks for the current target chance of every displayed Relic and calculates the complement under an explicitly declared independence assumption. It does not preload refinement rates or market values.

Sources, Inputs, and Limits

Distinguish sourced rules, timestamped observations, user-entered scenarios, and outputs that the site does not claim to know.

Where do drop rates and prices come from?

Data
Each calculator states its source boundary. The WoW Delves planner loads no season reward or threshold table: you enter current progress, credit, and thresholds from the live UI. For other games, inspect the cited source and editable assumptions on that calculator page.

How accurate are the drop rate calculations?

Data
Accuracy depends on the cited source and the inputs you provide. The WoW Delves tool projects only weekly progress from current UI values; it does not calculate a drop rate or item-level table. Check each calculator's evidence notes and limitations before treating an output as a game fact.

Can I trust the profit calculations?

Data
Treat a profit output only as the result of the displayed inputs. LootCalc does not maintain a universal live market feed: record the value source, timestamp, direct costs, and complete time boundary. A what-if value or one observed batch is not a guaranteed future return.

How often are item prices updated?

Data
LootCalc does not maintain a universal live price feed. Where a calculator accepts value or cost, record a timestamped source and override it with the value applicable to your scenario. The WoW Delves progress planner contains no item-price input or price table.

Can I override item prices in the calculators?

Calculator
Some calculators accept user-defined value or cost inputs, but not every tool models a market. The Diablo 4 and Path of Exile tools require a documented value unit; the WoW Delves tool plans progress and contains no item-price field.

How do I know when game data was last updated?

Data
Calculator and guide pages show a last-updated date and, where relevant, links to the sources used. That date records the page review; it is not a guarantee that a live-service game's unpublished values have not changed. Recheck the cited source and current in-game UI before relying on a numeric input.

What happens when a game patch changes drop rates?

Data
We correct a sourced value when we can verify the change. If a live value cannot be maintained from a suitable public source, we remove it or make it a clearly labeled user input instead of promising a fixed update deadline. Check the page's sources and correction history; the blog also records published corrections.

Troubleshooting & Support

Having issues? Get help with calculator loading problems, unexpected results, bug reporting, and technical questions.

Why isn't the calculator loading or working?

Technical
Confirm JavaScript is enabled, reload without stale cached assets, and test in a current browser version. If an extension appears to block a required script, identify it without disabling unrelated privacy protections permanently. Report the route, browser version, console error, and reproduction steps.

The calculator results seem wrong. What should I do?

Technical
First, verify all input values match your in-game setup. Check that you're using current patch data (see the "Last Updated" date). Ensure you understand the difference between EV (per-run average) and total expected value. If results still seem incorrect, please contact us with specific examples and screenshots.

How do I report a bug or suggest improvements?

Community
Use our Contact page and include your browser, the specific route, input values, expected and actual results, and safe reproduction steps. Include a public source when reporting a game-rule discrepancy.

Can I suggest new features or games?

Community
Use the Contact page and describe the user task, required inputs, expected output, and a public source for any proposed fixed game rule.

Are you affiliated with Jagex or Blizzard?
