Contact LootCalc

Send the affected page, the inputs you used, and the public source or expected result you are comparing against. There is no guaranteed response time, but a reproducible report gives the issue enough context to investigate.

Security reports

security [at] lootcalc.com

A safe, non-destructive reproduction of a suspected security issue.

What makes a report reproducible

  • The full LootCalc URL, including shared query parameters if the calculator generated them.
  • The exact inputs, the displayed result, and the result you expected.
  • The game version, region, platform, or reset state when any of those can change the rule.
  • A public patch note, support article, data table, or a clearly described observation log.
  • Browser and device details for display, keyboard, screen-reader, or hydration problems.

Do not send passwords, account tokens, payment details, private save files, or other sensitive data. LootCalc cannot recover game accounts or provide in-game trading, boosting, or purchase support.

Source and calculation corrections

A personal run log can help reproduce a timing issue, but it does not by itself prove a hidden drop rate. Explain how attempts were selected, what counted as success, and which cases were excluded. The methodology pages describe how a reported source is separated from a user-entered scenario. Use support [at] lootcalc.com for correction reports: when a report is confirmed, the fix is made in the page copy and recorded in that page's changelog or correction history.

Responsible security reports

Use the security address for a concise description, affected URL, impact, and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other users' data, degrade the service, or include exploit code that performs a destructive action.
