Independent Tool
LootCalc is an independently operated calculator site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game developer, publisher, or subsidiary covered here.
All tools and calculators are developed independently from public sources, visible game inputs, and clearly labeled user-supplied scenarios.
→ Our Mission
LootCalc's purpose is to make a calculation inspectable: show the inputs, identify the model, explain the result, and state which game-specific facts are sourced, assumed, or unknown.
→ Reader Corrections
A reader report is a lead, not proof. A correction should identify the affected URL and include a public source, a reproducible calculation, or a dated observation with its collection boundary.
Accuracy Boundary
A calculator is only as current as its cited rule and the values entered. Undocumented mechanics or later patches may change an outcome. Check the source date and report a reproducible discrepancy through the contact page.
Open Methodology
Major calculators show their inputs, model boundary, and relevant sources beside the tool. See our Methodology page for the site-wide evidence policy.
Current Access
The calculators are currently available without payment or an account. Advertising, when enabled, is kept separate from calculator inputs and results.
Game-Specific Disclaimers
We provide calculators for multiple games. Here are the official trademark acknowledgments and disclaimers:
Old School RuneScape
This tool is not affiliated with Jagex Ltd. Old School RuneScape, OSRS, RuneScape, and related marks are trademarks of Jagex Ltd. All game content, drop rates, and related data belong to Jagex Ltd.
The Barrows model links the public Wiki mechanics it uses; prices and route outcomes remain dated user inputs.
World of Warcraft
This tool is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. World of Warcraft, WoW, and related marks are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. All game content and related assets belong to Blizzard Entertainment.
Blizzard release notes establish the current scope; live thresholds and progress values come from the user's current UI.
Diablo IV
This tool is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Diablo IV, Diablo, and related marks are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
Patch notes show that Helltide costs and rewards change; the calculator therefore uses current on-screen costs and user-defined values.
Destiny 2
This tool is not affiliated with Bungie, Inc. Destiny 2 and related marks are trademarks of Bungie, Inc.
Bungie announcements define only the mechanics they disclose. Unpublished base rates and ramps remain explicit scenario inputs.
Lost Ark
This tool is not affiliated with Smilegate RPG or Amazon Games. Lost Ark and related marks are trademarks of Smilegate RPG.
Current release notes establish the progression scope; calculator probabilities and costs come from values the user enters.
Other Games
All other game names, trademarks, logos, and copyrights are property of their respective owners. The use of any trademark or copyright material is not intended to imply endorsement or affiliation.
Fair Use Statement
Game names and terminology are used solely for identification, compatibility, and reference purposes under principles of fair use. We do not claim ownership of any game content, trademarks, or intellectual property.
Trademark Rights
We respect all trademark rights and will promptly address any concerns. If you believe there is an issue with our use of trademarks, please contact us at legal [at] lootcalc.com.
Data Sources & Verification
Different calculator claims require different evidence. A page must identify which of these source types supports the value it actually uses:
Official Sources
Public patch notes, developer support pages, disclosures, and current in-game screens
Primary Observations
Dated logs with sample boundaries, used for observed timing or value rather than hidden-rate claims
Secondary References
Public wikis and guides, labeled as secondary when they supply a calculator value
→ Verification Process
A quantitative rule enters a calculator only when its page identifies a public source and evidence boundary. Otherwise the value is a visible user input, an explicitly labeled what-if assumption, or removed. Reports from readers start a correction review but do not become proof by repetition.
Data Accuracy Limitations
Game mechanics can change without notice. Hidden mechanics, server-side changes, or undocumented features may not be reflected in a calculator. Recheck the page date, cited source, and current in-game display before relying on a changing value.
Report Data Issues
Found inaccurate data? Please report it via our contact page with evidence (screenshots, VODs, patch references, or logs).
Version Tracking
Calculator pages should display a review date and, where a version boundary matters, the patch or source context used. A review date is not a guarantee that unpublished live values stayed unchanged.
No Official Endorsement
Important: The calculations and information provided by LootCalc should not be considered official game guidance or endorsed recommendations.
Always refer to official game sources, forums, and support channels for authoritative information about game mechanics, policies, and updates.
→ Use at Your Own Discretion
Our calculators are tools to assist with gameplay decisions, but they are not guarantees. Actual in-game results may vary due to RNG, hidden mechanics, or data inaccuracies. Users are responsible for their own gameplay decisions.
→ Not Game Support
LootCalc cannot provide official game support, account assistance, or customer service for any games. For game-related issues, please contact the official support channels of the respective game.
