Chaos Zero Nightmare Deck Cost Worksheet

Describe the deck you intend to save, then reconcile its visible Season 2 categories against the cap displayed by the game. No card database, build ranking, or hidden tier preset is implied.

Season 2 final-state deck worksheet

List the final saved elements, not the actions taken during an older run. Card grade, Divine effects, starting-card removals or transformations, refinements, and retained duplicate actions follow the cited February 2026 reference.

Stop and update the worksheet if the current in-game rule differs.

Record the update note or in-game screen checked.

Read the current run's cap directly.

Season 2 reference maximum: five; non-starting removals add no value.

20 each and cannot exceed total removals.

Count only duplicates still present: 0, 0, 40, 40; maximum four.

Final-state breakdown

Cards: 40 · Divine: 0 · Starting removals/transforms: 0 · Refinements: 0 · Duplicates: 0

The two starter rows are arithmetic examples, not a recommended deck. Replace them with the final state shown by your current run.

Why a final-state worksheet

The February 2026 overhaul changed Save Data from an action-history model to a final-result model. A launch-era calculator that keeps charging each conversion or general removal no longer answers the current question. The worksheet therefore lists final saved rows and tracks only the current global action fields that still affect value or validity.

Classify each row

Select Starting/unique base, Neutral, Forbidden, or one of the three Monster grades. The current secondary reference assigns 0 to a base row, 20 to Neutral and Forbidden, and 20/50/80 to Common/Rare/Legendary Monster rows. A Divine effect adds 20. Each current Refinement or God's Hammer effect adds 10.

Row labels do not load a known card. This is intentional: names and card catalogs can change, while a user can verify the grade and final effects in game. A label exists only to make the saved worksheet understandable.

Keep global limits outside rows

Total removals, starting removals or transformations, and retained duplicate actions apply to the final Save Data as a whole. Starting removals or transformations contribute 20 each and cannot exceed total removals. The current reference limits total removals to five. Retained duplicate actions use 0/0/40/40 and stop at four; a duplicate later removed or transformed no longer counts.

Reconcile instead of optimizing blindly

When the worksheet exceeds cap, inspect the breakdown. The result does not recommend which card to remove; that depends on combat value the calculator cannot know. If the game retains a state the public reference says should be invalid, save a dated capture and treat it as a rule discrepancy rather than altering the formula to fit one outcome.

Version discipline

The public Season 2 summary and Save Data guide are secondary references. Check the official update list and current UI before relying on the result.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a CZN card database?

No. Row labels are user-entered. The worksheet calculates only the current Save Data categories selected for the final state.

Should I list starting cards?

Only when a row helps document the final deck. Starting or unique base rows add zero unless a separate Divine or refinement value applies; starting removals or transformations are counted in the global field.

How are duplicates counted?

Count only duplicate actions retained in the final state. The current reference uses 0, 0, 40, 40 with a maximum of four; a duplicate later removed or transformed no longer counts.

Can I share a worksheet?

Yes. The copied URL contains the rule label, cap, row labels, row types, and action counts. Avoid putting personal information in labels.
